Network and account checks
| Asset / network | Confirmation context | Fee evidence | Limits / identity |
|---|---|---|---|
| BTC / Bitcoin | Variable wait; about 10 minutes is an average block interval, not a credit deadline. | Wallet network estimate and any service fee are separate. | Receiving service terms; not defined by Bitcoin. |
| LTC / Litecoin | About 2.5-minute target blocks; required confirmations vary by recipient. | Use the current wallet quote and service schedule. | No universal service limit or KYC exemption. |
| USDT / Ethereum ERC20 | Check transaction status and the recipient confirmation requirement. | Ethereum gas is paid in ETH; account charges may differ. | Exact token and network support must match. |
| USDT / Tron TRC20 | Check chain status and the recipient crediting policy. | Bandwidth/Energy resources; TRX may cover a resource shortfall. | Do not infer support from the USDT ticker alone. |
Read the right record
Start with the event record: promotion, participants, date, rules and the published result. A confirmed blockchain transfer does not explain a voided bout or a settlement decision, and a final fight result does not prove that a wallet transfer has been credited.
Keep the event reference beside the transaction hash without treating either as a substitute for the other. A support request should say whether the problem concerns the sporting result, the account ledger or the blockchain transaction.
Fight record and chain record
An MMA promotion may stage several rulesets on the same card. UFC, ONE and a boxing title bout should retain their own event identifiers and settlement records. A payment reference belongs to the account trail, not to the sporting result.
What a confirmation establishes
A confirmation supports a statement about a transaction on its named chain. It cannot establish the winning selection, the treatment of a draw or an operator review outcome. Ask support to identify which of these records it is discussing.
A useful fight-account evidence set
Keep the original event notice, applicable rules, the final result and the account ledger entry. For any associated transfer, retain the asset, network and transaction identifier separately. Do not publish personal account details while seeking a sporting correction.
